Erin McClain to Speak to Rappahannock Indivisible 7/18/18

This month’s open Rappahannock Indivisible—We the People meeting on Wednesday, July 18, will focus on what young people want to see in their future.

The meeting will be headed by 2018 Lancaster High School and Chesapeake Bay Governor’s School graduate Erin McClain. McClain will talk about what is important to her, as a young adult, in the rapidly changing world of today. Following her talk will be an open mic session, where the group will share what values are important and how we can create calls to action around these values. McClain’s Governor’s School focus was marine environmental science. She will attend William and Mary in the fall. All members of the community are, as always, encouraged to attend. The group meets at The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock, 366 James Wharf Road in White Stone. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. Media Contact Mari Bonomi 804-436-9210
