Candidates for the 99th District Delegate seat spoke to the Rappahannock Indivisible—We the People open meeting in White Stone on May 17th. Margaret Ransone, current Delegate, was invited but did not respond to requests. Francis Edwards and Vivian “Viv” Messner gave brief statements and then took questions from the floor.
